HOW TO MAKE:
Shape the rice into a ball shape
Brush on miso on to the surface of the rice ball
Wrap the rice ball with the pickled aosai leaf and grill it till it is browned or lightly charred to your preference.
NOTES
You can also add a small amount of sugar into the miso according to your preference.
INGREDIENTS:
~ 150g cooked rice (1 bowl of rice)
1 tablespoon miso
1 big piece of pickled aosai leaf
